These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and the custodial wallet and digital asset transfer services (the "Services") provided by ETHIO AMERICAN LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. The Services may not be available in all U.S. states or jurisdictions. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be established.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. Identity verification (KYC) is required after registration before the wallet is activated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subject to verification and applicable law, the Company will provide a custodial wallet for supported digital assets. We hold custody of the underlying assets on behalf of verified customers. We do not act as your investment advisor and do not make recommendations about whether to acquire, hold or dispose of digital assets.
Transfers of supported digital assets are subject to verification level, transaction limits, network fees, sanctions screening and other compliance controls. Transfers may be delayed, declined or reversed where required by law or our compliance policies. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of recipient information and selected networks; transfers to incorrect addresses or networks may be irreversible.
Network fees may apply and are passed through to you. We may publish service fees from time to time. By initiating a transfer, you authorize us to deduct applicable fees from your wallet balance.
Cryptocurrency involves risk. We do not guarantee profits or investment returns. Digital assets may lose value, sometimes substantially or entirely. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are responsible for assessing whether the Services are appropriate for you.
You may not use the Services to engage in unlawful conduct, evade sanctions, launder proceeds of crime, finance terrorism, or violate the rights of others. We may monitor activity for compliance purposes and report suspicious activity to competent authorities as required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, where required by law or where we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect the integrity of the Services or to comply with our obligations.
The Company does not provide investment advice, brokerage services, trading signals, guaranteed profit programs, or passive income products. Information made available through the Services is for general informational purposes only.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, except as required by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in King County, Washington, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or via email. Your continued use of the Services after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
